This online digital administration utility provides everything needed to accurately and efficiently complete an administration (e.g., context sensitive instructions, resources, and help; speech to text transcription option; location images for annotation; full integration with the protocol coding interface). Using six sequential steps, the utility saves administration and coding time relative to traditional administration by laptop or pen and paper. Just open and go!
